Signs with yellowed worn edges. This cowardly new world a popular matte background.
What screams
the Americans' Way of Life
more than a packed baseball stadium?
The roar of the crowd mutes a prayer
in the nosebleeds
for the red rockets.
Maybe - right after
The National Anthem.
