Me: I successfully ported my mini-portal from Visual Basic to Java. My first experience using the Xalan transformations has been encouraging and I especially liked that the parser doesn't throw an error if the URL in the DOCTYPE declaration isn't actually available, which is certainly preferable to the MSXML3 behavior.
