Progamming in Java? Ever had to wrestle with the classpath precedence?

Well, at least someone's trying to help. Now we can try this little Java utility and see if it can help us manage our work.
XML transport spec may be next. Why is this important? Because "TRP can enable the transfer of XML messages, which SOAP (simple object access protocol) cannot do"...
...and there's been more discussion about ebXML vs. SOAP, specifically regarding a new spec for SOAP messages with attachments. Convergence seems unlikely, but I've remembered to cross my fingers today.
