People enter a contest to design a functional and fun website whose total file size is less than five kilobytes. An exercise that celebrates Effort constrained by Circumstance that, nevertheless, results in Beauty an Elegant Solution.

Apt? Insightful? or HallmarkTM? Modern web design is the practice of discovering that a flower can grow between cracks in the pavement. (Hm, can't I just say some web sites are beautiful?)
