I need a DHTML guru,
I need a DHTML guru, because I can't quite believe I made Netscape 6 crash with (what I considered to be) valid DOM code. I'm not a DHTML guru...it's quite possible that I've missed something. Maybe I'll find out if Scott or Eric has any time to respond to an email. (They seem really busy with the new DynAPI and 5k, respectively)
I think I was too confident, expecting that I would never again see a Netscape product respond to an error by giving me the familiar "The instruction at 0x-b----, reference memory at '0x-b----'. The memory cannot be read." So what was the cause?
- Open a new window
- Append a child with an onClick attribute to the opener window
- Close the new window and click on the newly-created child
