Suspendus sarcastimus... and still Spartan.

I'm issuing a temporary writ of suspendus sarcastimus. At least as regards my writing on making software. That last post "We are Sparta" may have sounded like a boast since I didn't supply any personal or emotional context, but I intended it to be more Antz-like, a snapshot of attempts to extend productivity to bathroom trips and was meant to be tongue-in-cheek.

Or at least as tongue-in-cheek as you can get when talking about, you know, unit test tips posted above a urinal. Which are still there. Double-posted in places.

The writ will extend to the end of October after which I'm going to be full-on sarcastic in order to conserve my heated earnestness for the lean and cold winter months.

On reviewing the last sentence: It's going to be hard to obey the writ.

I like the sarcasm. My reader just doesn't feel right if it doesn't get enough.
